About the Role:
n
This is a fantastic chance for someone with trade experience that is keen to start their career as a supervisor. You'll be supported to learn and succeed in managing any size building projects across a wide variety of sites.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Coordinate and oversee building repair and rectification works
n
- Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrently
n
- Engage and supervise subcontractors and trades
n
- Conduct site inspections, prepare scopes, and ensure work is completed to standard
n
- Maintain clear communication with strata managers, clients, and internal teams
n
- Ensure compliance with building codes, WHS, and company procedures
n
- Handle documentation including site reports, variations, and project updates
n
n
Who We're Looking For:
n
n
- Motivated, reliable, and keen to learn
n
- Previous experience in the construction industry or trade background (highly regarded)
n
- Great communication and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Willingness to take on new challenges and grow within the company
n
- Current driver's licence and white card (mandatory)
n
