Employment Type: Casual or Full-Time – rostered work or weekday options

Roster: Flexible options available including Kalgoorlie residential and FIFO opportunities.

We're looking for skilled and motivated Mechanical Fitters to join our growing team! You'll work on a range of heavy equipment both in the workshop and across local sites. With the option of either casual flexibility or full-time security . Worthy Engineering is a mining services repairer, operating a team of over 70 employees from large workshop facilities in Perth (Henderson) and Kalgoorlie. Worthy Engineering offers a wide range of repair services to support our client's operations. We provide transparent and reliable service with safety always at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Carry out scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and repairs
n
- Perform breakdown maintenance on heavy mobile plant
n
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
n
- Work safely and efficiently within site guidelines
n
- Liaise with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals
n

n

What You'll Need:

n

n
- Trade Qualified Fitter (Australian recognised)
n
- Experience in mining, earthmoving, or civil plant maintenance
n
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
- C Class Driver's Licence (HR desirable)
n
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
n
- A team-first attitude and commitment to safety
