Established in 2009, National Mobile Camps (NMC) is an Australian-owned business based in Toowoomba, Queensland, with additional operations in Condamine. We provide mobile camp accommodation, camp management and support services across Australia. Supporting the resources, energy, construction and infrastructure sectors, we deliver scalable accommodation solutions tailored to the needs of remote operations.

About the Role

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our leadership team and play a key role in the continued delivery, performance and growth of our operations.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead NMC's Camp Management Services division and provide strategic advice on business performance, service levels, resource planning, contract management, business opportunities, people management, financial sustainability and compliance. You will lead the NMC Camp Management team and play an integral role in supporting the ongoing growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic advice to the CEO on business performance, contract management, financial sustainability and compliance.

Lead and develop the Camp Management team while fostering a collaborative "One Team" approach.

Manage client relationships, contract performance and commercial outcomes to ensure service excellence and long-term partnerships.

Oversee budgets, financial performance and resource planning while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.





Ensure compliance with WHS, Environmental, Quality and Food Safety requirements across all Camp Management operations.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 10 years' experience in senior operational leadership roles within hospitality, resources services or related industries.

Extensive experience across the Oil & Gas, Resources, Construction, Infrastructure or Mobile Camp Services sectors.

Strong commercial and financial management capability, including budgeting, forecasting, contract management and financial sustainability.

Proven ability to lead, develop and mentor high-performing teams while managing client, contractor and stakeholder relationships.

Demonstrated experience managing WHS, Quality, Environmental and compliance requirements within operational service delivery environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Facilities Management, Hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

Current C Class Driver Licence.

First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Relevant industry certifications highly regarded.
