St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne (SVHA) is seeking a Physiotherapist to join the Acute @Home team in a full time fixed-term role, with potential for 0.8–1.0 FTE by negotiation. You will work in a multidisciplinary setting delivering hospital-level care to home-based and residential aged care patients.

You will assess, treat, and discharge plan, provide home visits, and contribute to service improvement while upholding patient goals and safety.
