About the role

FULLTIME POSITION - Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

You will be required to undertake the following tasks without limitation to:-

Responsible for processing and entering Orders & Quotes for the sales team

Maintaining of Sales Data Base on behalf of the Sales team, helping with the CRM Entry and distribution of marketing material

Invoicing of client orders

On the job training will be provider for Micronet HarmoniQ Software





Assist in carrying out end of monthprocesses where required

General Data Entry

Assisting with Debt Follow up & Collection procedures

The successful applicant should be:-

Punctual, reliable, good work ethics

Computer savvy

Efficient time management

Previous experience in a similar role would be a bonus

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are necessary

Self-motivated takes initiativeand is organised

Must have a good attitude towards work be friendly and comfortable in a customer service industry and willing to help out in a team environment
