Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and technical delivery of retail, shopping centre, and industrial projects from start to finish.
Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants and team members to keep projects on track.
Ensure designs meet high standards, balancing creativity with practical goals.
Support and mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Use Revit to produce accurate drawings and documentation efficiently.
Present ideas to clients and the team,
helping to build the studio’s reputation for innovative design.
Contribute to a positive studio culture, encouraging sustainable and contemporary architecture.
Skills and Experience
Experience leading retail, shopping centre, or mixed-use projects from concept through to completion.
Strong skills in Revit.
Ability to work independently and lead a project team.
Good communication skills and experience working with clients and consultants.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and paying attention to detail.
Passionate about good design and a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
