ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Fixed Term Administration Officer – Health, Safety & Training (HST) to join our team for a 12-month fixed term.
This position will be based on site at Dendrobium Mine, providing dedicated administration support to the HST team.
This role provides critical administrative support to health and safety operations, ensuring records, documentation, compliance activities and stakeholder requirements are managed accurately and efficiently.
The successful candidate will work closely with the HST team to coordinate activities, maintain databases and records, prepare reports and support day-to-day administration processes.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:
Provide administration support to the HST Team
Maintain accurate health and safety records, databases, registers and documentation.
Coordinate bookings, schedules, documentation and compliance activities.
Prepare reports and support health and safety record keeping requirements.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate health and safety activities and requirements.
Support audits, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
