Optus is seeking an experienced Client Delivery Manager to act as the key interface between customers and Optus Delivery teams, overseeing contractual, operational, performance and financial outcomes while maintaining solid stakeholder relationships.
Reporting to the Fed Gov Client Delivery Director, you will collaborate across multiple internal teams and third-party providers to drive reporting excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful account delivery.
