The OT, the psychologist, the physio, the EP and the dietitian are in the same building as you. Not at another branch, not on the end of an email chain. When you want someone's eyes on a kid, you stand up and walk twenty steps.

We are Flex Allied Health in Liverpool. Nine disciplines, 18 plus clinicians, one site, open since 2017 and NDIS registered. Our speech caseload is bigger than our speech team, which is why this role exists.

We have after work BBQs, and people turn up. That sounds like a small thing. It is not. You will be spending your working week with these people.

Nobody micromanages you. No manager standing over your diary on a Monday morning asking you to explain it. We hire people who hold their own standard and then we get out of the way.

You will get better here. Nine disciplines under one roof means the people you eat lunch with are an OT, a psychologist, an EP and a dietitian, and you pick things up from them whether you plan to or not. You become the average of the people around you, so choose them carefully.

Every school holidays our psych, speech, OT and physio run a small group together for four or five kids working on one shared goal. Not a marketing programme. Just how we work.

Your caseload is yours to shape. Paeds only is fine. Paeds with adults is fine. Clinic only is fine. Clinic plus schools and community is fine. You tell us, we build it.

Your reports, notes and travel are paid time, not your own time.



They sit inside your billable hours, not on top.

Fortnightly supervision with a senior speech pathologist, booked into your diary before you start. Not the kind that gets advertised and then quietly forgotten.

Admin handle bookings, plan managers and invoicing, so the parts of the job you trained for are the parts you actually do.

Your days are yours. Two, three, or a full week. If you are already working somewhere and want to add a day or two, several of our team do exactly that.

Speak Arabic, Assyrian, Vietnamese or a Pacific Islander language? Tell us. Families ask for it constantly and we cannot always say yes.

The work

Mainly paediatrics: early language, speech sound disorders, AAC, social communication and feeding.

Adult work is available if you want it. Plenty of clinics will only ever give you kids. If you want to keep your dysphagia and neuro skills sharp, or build them for the first time, you can do that here without changing employers.

Standard session is 60 minutes, 50 face to face and 10 for notes. Longer or shorter where the child needs it, and that is your call to make.

The money

$95,000 to $115,000 plus super, pro rata. We will go further for the right person.

What you need

Certified Practising Speech Pathologist, or eligible for CPSP with SPA. Paediatric experience, or a new graduate with real paeds placement experience who wants to be coached properly. NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain. Australian working rights.
