Quest Southport is Gold Coast's newest hotel, having opened in June 2026. A stunning 90-room up-to-date apartment hotel offering guests the comfort of home with the convenience of apartment living and hotel-style services.

We are growing our team and looking for guest-focused Housekeeping superstars to join our brand-new team on a casual basis to help us bring this brand new hotel to market and deliver exceptional guest experience.

The successful applicant will be:

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, changing linen, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure all rooms are well-stocked with supplies such as towels, soap, shampoo,



and toilet paper.
- Check and report any maintenance issues or damages in rooms to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring they meet hygiene standards.
- Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure all public areas, including hallways and stairwells, are clean and well-maintained.
- Follow safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude toward guests and colleagues
- Assist with other housekeeping-related duties or special requests as needed.

What are we looking for?

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Highly organised and efficient, you take pride in your work and have good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
