Monash Health is seeking a PoVA Behaviour Safety Lead to drive prevention of violence and aggression across sites in Melbourne's south-east. This part time, permanent role (0.84 EFT) focuses on education, coaching and clinical leadership to improve safety for staff, patients and visitors.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to identify behaviours that may lead to aggression and implement prevention strategies across multiple locations.
