$79,356 to $97,793 pro rata, per annum

Manage the EPA’s Right to Information and Release of Environmental Monitoring Information Programs, and to provide legal support as required to the Legal Services Team; which may include legal research, legislative interpretation, policy and procedure drafting and review, criminal and civil litigation, and legal advice.

About the role

Manage the EPA’s Right to Information and Release of Environmental Monitoring Information Programs, and to provide legal support as required to the Legal Services Team; which may include legal research, legislative interpretation, policy and procedure drafting and review, criminal and civil litigation, and legal advice.

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation).

- Admitted, or qualified for and entitled to be admitted, as a barrister or a practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania under the provisions of the Legal Profession Act 2007 as amended.




- A level 1 Legal Practitioner is a practitioner with less than 3 years' relevant post-admission experience and may include a graduate legal practitioner.
