Banking & Finance Lawyer | 4+ PQE | Elite Top-Tier Team | Contract Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer to join one of Australia's leading finance practices on a contract basis. Working alongside one of the most successful and highly regarded partners in the banking and finance market, you will be joining a market-leading team that advises on some of the country's most significant and complex financing transactions. Due to an ongoing period of high deal volume, we are seeking a talented lawyer with 4+ years' PQE and solid experience in global loans, leveraged finance and/or corporate finance transactions.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- 4+ years' PQE gained at a reputable mid-tier, top-tier or international law firm
- Strong experience across global loans, leveraged finance and/or corporate finance matters
- Excellent technical skills and commercial acumen
- Recent private practice experience preferred
- Strong drafting, transaction management and stakeholder engagement skills

Lawyers with relevant high-quality in-house experience will also be considered, particularly those looking to return to private practice.
