What You'll Be Doing

- Facilitating Business Impact Analysis workshops and activities, producing detailed and insightful reports for stakeholders.




- Developing response plans and policies that empower client response teams to navigate crises and disruptions effectively.
- Assisting in the development and facilitation of training sessions, workshops, and exercises.
- Conducting research on emerging threats and risks to inform client strategies.
- Creating and enhancing documentation and processes to improve business resilience programs.
- Engaging with diverse clients to identify challenges, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Providing hands‑on support for stakeholder engagement, workshops, and training sessions.

What We're Looking For

- A strong interest in Operational Risk, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Emergency Management, or Risk Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High levels of enthusiasm, initiative, and a desire to contribute to a growing business.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong business acumen.
- An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
- A relevant degree or experience in consulting, risk, resilience, business continuity, project management or a related discipline (highly regarded but not essential).
