The Opportunity & Key Responsibilities

ZIMMERMANN is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our Finance team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and optimisation of our global ERP system, AP21.

As the primary finance super-user, you will partner closely with IT, cross-functional teams and external ERP specialists to ensure finance requirements are clearly represented and embedded across the business.

This highly project-focused role will lead system enhancements, support new market implementations and champion process improvements that strengthen scalability, efficiency and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

As Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Serve asthe finance super-user for the AP21 ERP system, managing core financeconfigurations and supporting stable integration with connected systems.

Provideuser training, clear documentation and trouble shooting support to promoteeffective ERP usage across the business.

Partnerwith IT and external consultants on system upgrades, maintenance andconfiguration changes.

Identifyand implement enhancements that improve system capability, workflow automationand financial processes.

RepresentFinance in cross-functional projects, including POS implementation, globalintegration and supplier portal rollout.

Gatherfinance requirements, assess impacts and support the design, testing, includinguser acceptance testing, and delivery of system changes.

Collaboratewith IT, Retail, E-commerce, Supply Chain and other teams to ensure financeconsiderations are incorporated into system decisions.

SupportFP&A;, senior management and vendor coordination as required.

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this position, you will bring:

Tertiaryqualifications in Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a relateddiscipline.

Hands-onexperience with ERP systems, with AP21 experience highly regarded.

Strongunderstanding of core finance processes,



including general ledger, accountspayable, accounts receivable, tax and cost cent restructures.

Experiencein a finance systems, business analyst or similar finance-focused role.

A proventrack record in process optimisation and system enhancement initiatives.

Stronganalytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to interpretcomplex systems and data flows.

Excellentcommunication skills and confidence working across Finance, IT and operationalteams.

A highlevel of initiative and enthusiasm, with the ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Experiencein a multi-entity, multi-currency or retail environment would be advantageous.

Exposureto POS, e-commerce or supplier portal integrations would be highly regarded.

Experiencewithin a fast-growing or global organisation would be beneficial.

Familiaritywith business intelligence and reporting tools, including underlying datastructures, would be advantageous.
