Juniper Aged Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager in Western Australia. You will lead clinical and care services, guiding staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and coordinate across the site with the Residential Manager and multidisciplinary team.
The role is full time with a Monday–Friday shift from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. You will oversee clinical operations, quality assurance, and staff development to maintain dignity and outstanding outcomes for residents.
