BlueCare in Queensland is seeking a Central Kitchen Manager to lead the Bundaberg Production Kitchen, overseeing Cook Chill meal production for residents and customers across two facilities, supporting approximately 220 beds and up to 650 meals per day.

You will drive quality, food safety and compliance, partner on nutritious menus with the Resident Experience Manager, and coach kitchen teams while managing stock and procurement to optimise operations.
