We're looking for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at The Star Brisbane, delivering exceptional service across our hotel and in room dining operations.

If you have experience in hotels, room service, executive lounges, premium dining, or guest facing hospitality environments and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Delivering exceptional guest service within our luxury hotel environment
n
- Taking food and beverage orders and ensuring timely, accurate delivery to guest rooms
n
- Creating memorable experiences through personalised and professional service
n
- Building rapport with guests and anticipating their needs
n
- Working closely with culinary and hotel teams to deliver seamless service
n
- Maintaining high presentation, service and cleanliness standards
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in hotels, in room dining, room service, executive lounges, premium restaurants, or similar hospitality environments
n
- A genuine passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
n
- Robust communication skills and attention to detail
n




- Ability to work effectively in a quick paced environment
n
- Queensland RSA Certificate
n
- Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster
n
