Best Western Port Lincoln is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our friendly front office team.

This is a casual role averaging 20-25 hours per week, typically spread across five shifts (but can be 4), mainly on weekdays with occasional weekend and overnight shifts required.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised and dependable, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Guest Services Agent you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and a seamless stay.

Responsibilities include:

- Guest check-ins and check-outs

- Managing reservations and guest enquiries (phone, online and in person)

- Processing payments and maintaining guest accounts

- Providing local information and assistance to guests

- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams





- General front office administration, including some basic public area cleaning tasks and room checks

About You

The ideal candidate will:

- Have strong customer service experience (hospitality or accommodation experience highly regarded)

- Be comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms (experience with a property management system is advantageous but not essential)

- Be reliable, organised and able to work autonomously within a small team

- Communicate confidently with guests and resolve issues professionally

- Be available to assist with occasional weekends and overnight shifts
