You will

- Manage end-to-end sea and air import and export shipment coordination

- Own your client relationships and develop the commercial side of your role

- Coordinate documentation, customs clearance, and delivery across all shipments

- Liaise with clients, carriers, overseas agents, and customs brokers

- Maintain accuracy and compliance across all shipments in CargoWise

You have

- 2+ years freight forwarding operations experience across sea or air

- Prior CargoWise experience

- The drive to take ownership beyond the day-to-day coordination
