As our business continues to grow, Kaprica is seeking an additional pasta and pizza cook to join our lo-fi Italian eatery located on Grattan Street, Carlton.

If you're someone who loves all things food, music and enjoys a fast paced service then this job might be the one for you!

We're on the hunt for an experienced chef/ cook to join our team, working permanent part time or full time.

The right candidate must have experience in the following:

- Valuable pizza and pasta cooking skills with an interest in Italian food.

- Training new kitchen staff on section requirements and overseeing ongoing performance and quality control.

- Maintaining high and consistent standards of products.

- Ability to work autonomously.

- Ability to work in a high pressure fast paced workplace.

- Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.

- Be reliable, honest, punctual and productive.
