About the role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and other beverages to a high standard.

- Provide friendly, qualified and efficient customer service.

- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar area.

- Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements and venue procedures.

- Assist with stock control, bar preparation and restocking.

- Work effectively as part of a busy hospitality team.

- Maintain consistency in cocktail preparation and beverage quality.

- Handle customer requests professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

About you

- Previous bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality venue.





- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.

- Reliable, punctual and well-presented.

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Cocktail bartending experience (preferred).

- Experience in a high-volume or premium hospitality venue (preferred).

- Good knowledge of modern cocktail techniques and presentation (preferred).
