About the role

Lima Scaffolding & Resources is seeking experienced and safety-focused Scaffolders to join our team for Oil & Gas projects at BP Kwinana refinery. The role involves erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with Australian Standards, site requirements and approved procedures, working safely around processing plants, pipework, tanks, vessels and other Oil & Gas infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

- Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with Australian Standards, site requirements and approved procedures.

- Install and dismantle scaffold systems including Ring lock, tube and fitting and associated access systems.

- Construct scaffolds for construction, maintenance, shutdown and mechanical works.

- Conduct scaffold inspections and ensure scaffolds are safe, secure and fit for purpose.

- Install appropriate access, handrails, stairs, ladders, platforms and edge protection.

- Read and work from scaffold drawings, plans and specifications where required.

- Carry out scaffold modifications and alterations as required by site operations.

- Correctly handle, move and stack scaffolding materials.





- Work at heights while maintaining strict fall prevention and protection requirements.

About you

- Relevant Australian scaffolding qualifications and experience.

- Experience within Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction or Heavy Industrial environments.

- Robust understanding of scaffold safety and working-at-height requirements.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.

- Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

- Ability to work in demanding site environments and shutdown conditions.

- Ability to pass project-specific medicals, inductions and drug & alcohol screening.
