We have been supporting new graduate physiotherapists through their critical first year for more than 25 years.

Our structured transition program is designed to give you the mentoring, clinical exposure, education and confidence you need to make the transition from university into private practice.

You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. You’ll have experienced clinicians around you who are invested in helping you develop.

For Experienced Physiotherapists

If you’re an experienced clinician, we want to help you take the next step in your career.

Whether you want to broaden your clinical skills, develop a particular area of interest, become involved in Pilates or exercise rehabilitation, or simply work within a supportive team environment, we’ll work with you to create opportunities that suit your goals.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

· Is a qualified Physiotherapist with Australian registration

· Is enthusiastic about learning and developing their clinical skills

· Values hands-on, evidence-informed and individualised care

· Is a great communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues

· Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team

· Is enthusiastic, hardworking and takes pride in their work

· Is interested in developing a special interest area

· Is willing to work some evenings and Saturdays
