About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers, tilers and builders with tiles, bathrooms and flooring

- Provide excellent customer service and professional product advice

- Sell tiles, bathroom products, flooring and tools

- Prepare quotes and process customer orders

- Assist customers with product selections

- Maintain showroom displays and presentation

- Assist with stock and orders when required

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in tiles, bathrooms, flooring or building supplies is highly preferred

- Good knowledge of building and renovation products

- Robust sales and customer service skills

- Confident communicating with builders, tilers and retail customers

- Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a small team

- Knowledge of tiles, bathrooms, flooring and tools will be highly regarded
