We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar & Gaming Attendant to join our team. This role suits someone who is confident working independently, delivers excellent customer service, and understands the compliance requirements of a modern gaming venue.

About the Role

You will be responsible for bar service, gaming operations, TAB/Keno assistance, and maintaining a protected, welcoming environment for all patrons. The position requires flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Essential Requirements

- Current RSA, RCG, and ARCG certifications

- Demonstrated experience in bar and gaming operations

- Competency with TAB and Keno systems

- Ability to work unsupervised and handle responsibilities confidently

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Reliability,

Desirable

- Previous senior, keyholder, or supervisory experience

- Strong understanding of gaming compliance and venue procedures
