All Abode & Co is a growing short-stay accommodation & property services business. We manage quality Airbnb and short-stay properties, and also have a large number of residential and commercial clients that we service on a weekly and fortnightly basis in the Capricorn Coast Region.

About the role

You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing short-stay accommodation properties between guests, ensuring each property is presented to the required All Abode & Co 5 Star standard.

Key responsibilities

- General and detailed cleaning of short-stay properties

- Changing and making beds to a high standard

- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas

- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising

- Restocking guest supplies when required

- Checking the property is guest-ready before leaving

- Reporting any damage, maintenance issues or missing items

- Completing cleans within the allocated timeframe

- Following cleaning checklists, procedures and instructions

- Working independently while maintaining consistent quality

About you





- Previous professional cleaning experience (short-stay/Airbnb experience is highly regarded)

- Excellent attention to detail

- Reliable and punctual

- Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of cleaning work

- Able to work independently without constant supervision

- Take direction and follow procedures

- High standards and take pride in work

- Trustworthy and respectful of guests' homes and belongings

- Reliable transport and a current driver's licence

- Flexible with availability, particularly around weekends and busy periods
