We’re growing our Utilities team in Chinchilla and are looking for experienced plumbing professionals to join us across multiple permanent opportunities.

We’re currently recruiting for:

Plumbers
Join our established site team delivering quality plumbing works across projects and maintenance activities. We’re looking for experienced tradespeople who take pride in their work, work safely and enjoy being part of a high-performing crew.

Leading Hands
For experienced plumbers ready to take greater ownership on site. You’ll remain hands-on while helping coordinate daily activities, mentor tradespeople and apprentices,



manage job priorities and support the safe and efficient delivery of works.

Plumbing Supervisor
Take ownership of day-to-day site activities, lead and develop your crew and work closely with operational and project leadership to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. We welcome applications from experienced Supervisors as well as strong Leading Hands ready to take the next step.

What you’ll be part of

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Delivering commercial and industrial plumbing works across projects and maintenance activities
- Coordinating daily works, job priorities, labour, materials and resources
- Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with quality requirements
- Supporting and mentoring tradespeople, trade assistants and apprentices
- Working closely with project and operational teams to keep jobs on schedule
- Building strong relationships with clients and site teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality and efficiency
- For leadership positions, providing direction to crews and driving a positive, accountable team culture

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for people who are reliable, safety-focused and take pride in delivering quality work.

Depending on the opportunity, you’ll ideally have:





- A relevant Plumbing trade qualification and current QLD licence
- Commercial and/or industrial plumbing experience
- Current Driver’s Licence and White Card
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a site-based team
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
- For Leading Hand and Supervisor opportunities, demonstrated leadership experience or the capability and ambition to step into leadership
- QBCC Nominee Licence will be highly regarded for the Supervisor opportunity
