About the role

Join the friendly team at Hopkins Street Dental as an experienced Dental Assistant. This full time role is based in our modern practice located in Moonah, Tasmania. As an Experienced Dental Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting our dentists and providing high-quality patient care.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting dentists chairside during procedures

2. Sterilising and preparing instruments (current standards)

3. Ensuring a clean and organised work environment

4. Greeting patients and guiding them through their appointments

5. Providing excellent customer service and patient education

6. Maintaining detailed patient records and documentation

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Assistant

2. Relevant qualification in Dental Assisting or equivalent

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

5. Enthusiasm for providing exceptional patient care

6. Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team environment
