About the role

We are seeking an experienced Café All-Rounder with bubbly personality, passion for the industry and exceptional people skills to be part of great hard-working team for a Café in Tullamarine Industrial Hub.

Key responsibilities

- Create great coffees to a high standard

- Keep a clean work environment

- Support on the front counter by making toasties, sandwiches, wraps and other takeaway food service

- Support on cleaning dishes

- Provide friendly, efficient customer service

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

About you

- Experience in hospitality sector

- Prepare coffees to a high standard

- Provide friendly, productive customer service

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

- A hard-working attitude and great team player

- Genuinely enjoy people and connecting with customers

- Commercial kitchen experience a plus but not essential

- Must be flexible to work from 5 am to 3 pm
