We’re seeking an accomplished Senior Registered Surveyor to play a key role in the continued growth of an established surveying and engineering division.

With 90+ professionals across North Sydney, Parramatta, Brisbane and Melbourne, the business is known for delivering high-quality engineering solutions and building long-term relationships with its clients.

This is an opportunity for a senior surveyor to take genuine ownership across complex projects, client relationships, team leadership and the continued development of the surveying function.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director of Surveying, you will take a leading role across a diverse portfolio of land development and infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading cadastral and subdivision surveying projects across NSW
- Overseeing fieldwork, documentation and survey deliverables
- Reviewing and certifying plans in accordance with BOSSI requirements
- Providing senior technical advice to clients and project teams
- Managing project budgets, resources and delivery
- Developing strong relationships with clients, developers, councils and authorities
- Mentoring and providing technical leadership to the surveying team
- Supporting business development, proposals and fee preparation
- Contributing to the evolution of surveying systems, technology and processes

About You You’ll bring:

- 10–15 years’ experience across cadastral and geospatial surveying
- Current BOSSI NSW registration
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of NSW cadastral surveying, legislation and regulations




- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Strong 12D and AutoCAD capability
- Experience with GPS, total stations and scanning
- Strong commercial, communication and stakeholder management skills
- An interest in geospatial innovation and AI-enabled technology
