The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the site delivery function across major multi-residential developments, working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants and wider project team to ensure projects are delivered to an exceptional standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day delivery of large-scale multi-storey residential projects
- Leading site teams, subcontractors and trades
- Planning and coordinating construction activities and programmes
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and site presentation
- Managing subcontractor performance and site productivity
- Working closely with Project Managers and consultants to resolve construction issues
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with programme, specifications and quality requirements
- Driving a strong culture of accountability and collaboration on site





About You We are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Supervisor with a strong background in:

- Multi-storey residential, apartments or high-density construction
- Large-scale new build projects
- Managing complex construction programmes
- Leading sizeable site teams and subcontractor packages
- Working on projects valued at $25M+, ideally up to $100M+
- Maintaining a strong focus on quality, programme and safety

Most importantly, you will be a confident site leader who can take ownership of a major project and drive it through to successful completion.
