About the role

Rarity Constructions is seeking a talented and experienced Residential Carpenter to join our growing team in Brisbane, QLD. We perform a range of work on a variety of projects, including stick and pre-fabricated framing, cladding, decking, fix outs and final fits on custom new homes and renovations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting residential construction projects. Our work is predominately within 30 mins of Brisbane CBD centre.

Key responsibilities

- Installation of carpentry components to a high, fit for use standard

- Ability to interpret and execute construction plans

- Problem solving around complexities that arise within a new build or renovation

- Mentoring apprentices working with you

About you

- At least 2 years of experience as a Residential Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry

- Residential carpentry experience essential (new builds/ renovations)

- Strong attention to detail





- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills

- Tools of the trade

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Certificate 3 in Carpentry

- Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
