THE ROLE

Managing a key residential portfolio of approximately 220–250 properties, your responsibilities will include:

- Repairs and maintenance coordination
- Arrears management and follow-up
- Rental reviews and lease renewals
- Tribunal preparation and attendance
- Insurance claims
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Liaising with contractors and trades




- Providing a high level of communication and customer service to clients

With routines, leasing and accounts taken off your plate, you will have the prospect to focus on your clients, portfolio performance and delivering an exceptional level of service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Current driver’s licence and reliable car
- Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Property Tree experience highly regarded
- A genuine passion for property and people
