Business Systems Support Specialist - 6 Month Contract | Full Time | Condell Park, Sydney

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Support Specialist to join our IT team on a 6-month contract, with an immediate start available.

This role has been created to provide additional support to the business during a busy period, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You'll play a key role in supporting our ERP environment, troubleshooting complex system issues, supporting users and working closely with stakeholders to ensure our business systems continue to run smoothly.

What you'll be doing:

- Providing day-to-day support for Pronto Xi and related business systems

- Troubleshooting and resolving system issues and user requests

- Investigating data, reporting and integration-related queries

- Supporting system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement initiatives

- Managing user access, security settings and system configurations

- Working closely with stakeholders, vendors and the wider IT team to deliver practical solutions

- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, system performance and user experience

What we're looking for:

- Demonstrated Pronto Xi experience is essential





- Previous experience supporting ERP systems in a business environment

- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate and resolve issues effectively

- Experience with SQL, reporting tools and data analysis

- Experience supporting system integrations and third-party applications

- A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
