A leading Australian property investment fund is seeking a high-calibre Head of Investor Relations to join its growing team.

As the Head of Investor Relations you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving growth through capital raising, investor relations and strategic relationship management. Working closely with the executive leadership team, you will develop and strengthen relationships with wholesale investors, financial advisers, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, while identifying new capital opportunities.

You will also oversee investor communications, ensuring the delivery of clear, timely and insightful information to investors. Leading a high-performing team across investor relations, research and sales, you will help shape and execute strategies that support long-term growth and investment objectives.

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in investor relations, capital raising, funds management or real estate investment, with a strong track record of raising capital from wholesale investors.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of property funds, asset management, investor engagement and capital markets.
- Demonstrated success in developing investor strategies, launching investment products and building long-term relationships with advisers, high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex investment information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
- A strategic and collaborative leadership style,



with experience partnering with senior executives and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Real Estate or a related discipline.
- The confidence to represent the business at investor meetings, roadshows, industry events and investor forums.

What You’ll Do

- Lead capital raising initiatives and build strong relationships with existing and prospective wholesale investors, including advisers, family offices, high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- Develop and execute investor relations and capital raising strategies aligned with the broader business objectives.
- Drive investor engagement through compelling communications, presentations, fund reporting and marketing collateral that support fundraising and strengthen investor confidence.
- Identify new capital opportunities and develop strategic relationships that contribute to continued growth.
- Represent the business at investor meetings, roadshows and industry events, helping to build market profile and attract new capital.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Investor Relations, Research and Sales team, fostering collaboration, accountability and exceptional investor service.
- Partner with senior leadership and key business units to identify investment opportunities, align capital strategies and support continued growth and expansion.
