What You'll Be Doing:
You’ll work closely with the existing Property Manager across an established rent roll of approximately 250 properties, with duties and responsibilities shared evenly across the team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Managing day-to-day Property Management tasks across the rent roll, both in and out of the office
- Liaising with landlords,



tenants, and contractors
- Managing maintenance and general tenancy matters
- Assisting with inspections and property-related tasks as required
- Working closely with the VA across notices, lease renewals, applications and administration
- Working autonomously while collaborating closely with the wider team
- Attending a weekly team meeting to stay across priorities and workload

What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who is:

- Experienced across day-to-day Property Management
- Holds a QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
- Comfortable working collaboratively and sharing responsibilities
- Someone who enjoys a varied role rather than managing the same portfolio every day
- Professional, reliable and client-focused
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with a supportive Brisbane business
