About the role

OK BILLY' is looking for a passionate and experienced Front of House/Wait Staff to join our team in Mordialloc, VIC. This is a casual role, perfect for those looking for flexible work hours and the opportunity to work in a vibrant and agile hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Welcoming and seating guests with a friendly and professional manner

2. Providing exceptional customer service by taking food and drink orders and ensuring timely delivery

3. Maintaining a clean and organised front of house area

4. Assisting with restocking and light food preparation as needed

5. Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers

6. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a similar front of house or wait staff role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment

2. Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional dining experience

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team

5.



Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends

6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
