About Jelly Health
Jelly Health is a doctor-first medical workforce company partnering with leading Australian healthcare organisations to deliver safe, high-quality clinical services.
We provide doctors with flexible, well-supported roles across telehealth and onsite healthcare environments, with a strong focus on clinical safety, appropriate scope of practice, and work–life balance.
Our medical network includes GPs, hospital doctors and experienced IMGs seeking flexible clinical work within well-structured healthcare programs.
We are currently recruiting General Medical Practitioners to provide medical supervision at onsite partner clinics across the Sunshine Coast, including Buderim, Coolum, Kawana, Beerwah, Caloundra and Noosa.
About the Role
Jelly Health is seeking General Medical Practitioners for onsite roles within partner clinics, providing medical supervision and clinical support to onsite healthcare staff.
These are predominantly low-volume supervision roles. Doctors are required to remain onsite and clinically available throughout the shift but, during quieter periods, are free to undertake study, administrative work or external telehealth work.
There is:
- No routine general practice workload
- No patient appointment list
- No on-call requirement
- No overnight work
- No weekend requirement for most placements
- Flexible weekday rostering
The role is particularly suited to doctors looking for predictable clinical work alongside study, telehealth, portfolio careers or other professional commitments.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your primary responsibility is to remain available onsite to provide medical supervision and respond to clinical issues arising within the clinic experienced by the clinical staff.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing onsite medical supervision during procedures
- Supporting onsite healthcare staff with clinical questions and escalation
- Assessing patients where an immediate clinical concern arises
- Recognising and managing urgent presentations
- Providing initial emergency medical management where required
- Supporting appropriate escalation to ambulance or hospital services
- Documenting clinical assessments and incidents appropriately
- Working within clearly defined clinical governance and escalation pathways
This is a supervision and acute-response role rather than a routine general practice position.
Mandatory Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Unrestricted General Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum PGY3+
- Current ALS1 certification
- Current professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the role
- Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to acute clinical situations
- Appropriate Australian working rights
Applications that do not meet the AHPRA registration, PGY3+ and ALS1 requirements cannot be considered.

Experience in any of the following is advantageous:
- General Practice
- Emergency Medicine

We welcome applications from:
- VR GPs
