We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy operation in Warnervale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading a team and helping keep day-to-day warehouse operations running smoothly.

About the Role
Working as part of the warehouse leadership team, you will help coordinate the day-to-day operation and support the warehouse team to achieve a safe, productive and efficient shift.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and supporting warehouse staff throughout the shift
Coordinating daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
Allocating work and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
Supporting forklift operators and warehouse staff on the floor
Monitoring workflow and addressing issues as they arise
Assisting with stock accuracy, stock rotation and general warehouse organisation
Ensuring warehouse procedures and workplace health and safety standards are followed
Communicating effectively with the wider warehouse and management team




Providing hands-on support when required in a fast-paced warehouse environment

About You
You will be an experienced warehouse qualified who is ready to take on a leadership role, or an existing Team Leader looking for a current opportunity.

To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment. Within food distribution, FMCG or cold-storage environments
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
A current Forklift Licence
The ability to lead by example and work alongside your team
Strong communication and organisational skills
A practical, hands-on approach to warehouse operations
A strong commitment to safety and following workplace procedures
The ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
