Kentish Holdings manages a number of companies across Retail & Tourism Accommodation sectors. Our companies have experienced continued growth, and we are looking for an Accounts Skilled to join our team.

Key responsibilities:
Full AP function for a list of hospitality & retail businesses
Bank and company card receipt collection & reconciliation
Investigate supplier invoice discrepancies
Process supplier bills to purchase orders and delivery notes (3- way matching)
Verify supplier invoices for accuracy, coding, GST and approvals
Stocktake assistance and recording
Follow up on missing approvals or supporting documentation
Review prepaid expenses and ensure correct monthly allocations
Filing of all accounting records and supporting documentation in a secure and efficient manner
Payroll preparation and processing
Any other general finance and administration duties





The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
Accounting & Administration experience in Retails/Consumer business is highly recommended
Results orientated, self-motivated and well organised with high attention to detail
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Intermediate Excel skills and experience with Xero
Experience with Deputy and Xero payroll are preferred
Positive can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills
