About the role

Carlton North Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a part time basis in Carlton North, VIC 3054. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care and enhancing the overall customer experience.

What you'll be doing
Providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a well-organised pharmacy environment
Restocking and maintaining inventory of pharmaceutical supplies and products
Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
Participating in team meetings and training to continuously improve pharmacy operations

What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a retail customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Proven attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy




Proficiency in using pharmacy software and computer systems
A genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry and a desire to provide exceptional customer care
