The Role?

As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be the voice of our organisation. You’ll support customers across billing, account enquiries, payments, and general service queries - delivering solutions every time.

You will:
Manage inbound calls and email enquiries
Support customers with billing and account queries
Explain energy and water usage, charges and payment options in simple terms
Work collaboratively with Billing and Operations teams
Maintain accurate records and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in customer service (utilities or billing experience highly regarded)
Communicates clearly and confidently




Can manage sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Is resilient and solution-focused
Brings positive energy and team mindset
