EXPERIENCED COLD STORAGE FORKLIFT OPERATORS

We are seeking experienced, reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators for ongoing work within busy Cold Storage and Freezer warehouse environments.

Previous Cold Storage / Freezer warehouse experience is essential. We are looking for operators who already understand the demands of working in temperature-controlled environments and can confidently operate within a quick-paced warehouse.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE WITH:
High Reach Forklifts
Counterbalance Forklifts
Slipsheet / Push Plate attachments
Crown Joystick experience an advantage
Putaways and replenishment
Picking and movement of palletised stock
RF scanning
General warehouse duties as required

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
Proven experience working in a Cold Storage / Freezer warehouse
Current LF Forklift Licence
Strong High Reach and/or Counterbalance experience
Valuable understanding of warehouse safety procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties/labouring when required

HOURS:
Monday to Friday
Ongoing, full-time hours available




AM and PM shifts
Flexibility for overtime when required

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Cold Storage / Freezer experience is essential
Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
Strong verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to understand workplace instructions and safety procedures
Current Driver Licence and reliable transport
Own PPE, including steel-capped safety boots
Freezer clothing suitable for extremely cold environments preferred
Current clean Victorian Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
