We are a leading provider in the food distribution industry. With a commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we specialize in delivering a wide range of food products.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing customers.
Take and process customer orders and follow up with the warehouse regarding deliveries.
Visit established customers regularly and develop new clients through calls and customer visits.
Provide professional customer service and follow up on outstanding account payments.
Introduce new products and promotional activities to customers.
Liaise with Head Office and use email/computer systems to provide daily reports.
Work closely with the warehouse, administration and management teams.




Visit customers’ stores when required to take orders, assist with refunds, and resolve customer issues in a skilled manner.
Interstate and intrastate travel will be necessary.
Food and beverage sales experience will be beneficial but is not essential.
Mandarin, Indian languages or other languages will be an advantage.

Qualifications:
Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage a customer portfolio and prioritise tasks effectively.
Robust negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
Positive, confident and professional attitude.
Experience dealing with supermarkets, independent retailers, wholesalers, restaurants or food service businesses is an advantage.
