Landpower Southern is looking for a qualified mechanic to join our Colac workshop team.

This practical and varied position involves servicing, diagnosing and repairing a diverse range of agricultural machinery and equipment. Work will be completed both in the workshop and on farms throughout the surrounding region.

Your responsibilities

As a member of the Landpower Southern service team, you will:
Diagnose faults and service and repair various types of farm machinery
Perform scheduled maintenance and general workshop repairs
Respond to on-farm service requests and equipment breakdowns
Maintain accurate records of completed work, parts used and service details
Collaborate with the workshop, parts and service departments
Deliver dependable and professional service to customers

What you’ll bring

To be successful in this role, you will need:
A relevant mechanical trade qualification
Previous experience with agricultural equipment, diesel machinery or heavy machinery
Sound diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
A current Australian driver’s licence




The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
A practical approach and solid commitment to workplace safety
