We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join our team for a 12-month full-time contract to oversee a multi - townhouse project in Wallaroo, South Australia.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is organised, reliable and confident managing trades, contractors and the day-to-day requirements of a construction site.

As the Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from construction through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Tasks & responsibilities
Manage and supervise homes
Ensuring project is reaching timeframes.
liaising, coordinating and solving with contractors, suppliers & other team members




Complete OHS/WHS inspections ensuring sites are clean and protected and rectify any items identified.
Maintain accurate site records, photographs and relevant documentation.

About you
(Preferable) Building Supervisor license
(Must have) Current Drivers Licence
(Must have) Recent experience supervising
Knowledge of South Australian building codes and regulations
Understanding of WHS, safety protocols and promotion of a safety culture
Solid problem-solving skills and construction knowledge
Proven time management, excellent verbal and written communication
Able to work well in a team, independently and rapid paced environment.
