We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Workshop Support to join our client's busy Workshop team.

This role is focused on unboxing machines, receiving and checking stock, preparing customer orders, maintaining workshop housekeeping and supporting the Workshop Manager and Technicians.

This is a physical, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, is organised and takes pride in keeping a workplace clean and running efficiently.

Your day-to-day duties will include:
Unboxing machines and removing packaging
Receiving, unloading and checking incoming stock
Checking quantities, item numbers and serial numbers against packing slips
Organising machines, accessories and consumables against the correct orders
Preparing machines for Technicians to complete testing and run-ups
Moving and organising stock and equipment throughout the Workshop
Preparing orders for the following day's Workshop activities
Completing required paperwork and delivery checks
Assisting with loading and unloading
Removing cardboard, plastic, packaging and general waste
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised Workshop
Providing general support to the Workshop Manager and Technicians





What We're Looking For:
Reliable, punctual and hard working
Physically fit and comfortable moving stock, boxes and equipment
Organised with strong attention to detail
Able to follow processes and instructions accurately
Comfortable working in a busy Workshop setting
Safety conscious and a valuable communicator
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexible and willing to help with a range of Workshop duties

Previous experience in warehouse, workshop, logistics or a similar workplace is preferred but not essential.

This is a hands-on and physical role involving repetitive tasks, moving equipment, unboxing machines and maintaining Workshop housekeeping throughout the day.
