About the Role
We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers with a robust background supporting participants with spinal cord injuries. This role requires confidence in delivering high physical support, including hoisting, personal care, and toileting, while maintaining dignity and respect at all times.

You will play a key role in supporting daily living, community access, and goal-focused outcomes, working closely with participants who require consistent, skilled care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care (including hoisting, transfers, and toileting)





Support mobility and secure manual handling practices

Assist with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and household duties

Facilitate community access and social participation

Deliver person-centred support aligned with individual care plans

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

About You

Proven experience supporting participants with spinal cord injuries

Confident with manual handling, hoisting, and high-care supports

Strong understanding of participant dignity, safety, and autonomy

Reliable, proactive, and committed to high-quality care

Requirements

Blue Card, WWCC, and NDIS Screening (Yellow Card)

Current First Aid & CPR

Drivers licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
