We are seeking an experienced Estimator, or a trade qualified (like a Carpenter) looking to transition your in office knowledge into an office.

You will be the backbone of project cost accuracy and purchasing. You will provide accurate, comprehensive cost estimations and quantity take-offs for residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities include;
● Cost Estimation & Take-offs
● Price Book & Software Management
● Purchase Orders & Budgeting
● Job Contro
● Sales Estimating
● In office Problem Solving

You will need to display;

● The Right Attitude & Character
● Eagle Eye for Detail
● Tech-Savvy Aptitude

We are ideally seeking a person who has;
○ Demonstrated experience as a Residential or Commercial Estimator.
○ A trade background (e.g. carpentry) with a genuine desire to move into an off ice-based role.
○ A background with a construction supplier or building material manufacturer.
○ Draftsperson or similar experience with understanding of building plans, construction processes and procurement practices.
